What we are looking for
We are interested in pieces about sporting spaces, objects, customs, participation and memory. Useful contributions explain a specific subject in plain language, respect differences between sports and settings, and leave readers with a sharper way to notice something.
A pitch with a point
Tell us the working idea, the central question, the form you have in mind and what makes your approach distinct. Mention the sources or experience you would draw on, and flag any relevant connection to the subject. A short, focused proposal is more helpful than a finished article sent without context.
